Curated Team Approach

A bespoke team, led with intention.

Complex divorce matters require more than a single perspective. Beth leads each matter as the case-managing partner and assembles the people each client’s assets, family dynamics, privacy concerns, and goals call for.

The team is not a substitute for Beth’s judgment. It is how that judgment is carried through the matter with clarity, coordination, and precision.

The team is part of the strategy.

In high-net-worth divorce, the right team structure shapes the client’s experience. It affects how information is gathered, how issues are evaluated, how questions are answered, and how clearly the matter moves forward.

Beth builds the team around the matter, not around a formula. Each client’s circumstances determine the level of attorney, paralegal, law clerk, assistant, and professional support the matter needs.

Philosophy

A complex matter needs both leadership and structure.

Beth’s team model keeps the client supported without making the process feel crowded or impersonal. She begins with the client’s goals and what the case will require, then identifies the right people to help carry out the strategy.

That may include a lead attorney or partner, working attorneys, paralegals, law clerks, legal assistants, and outside professionals when appropriate. The point is not to add layers. The point is to create the right structure for the work.

“The team is not an afterthought. It is part of how the strategy is carried out.”

How the Team Is Organized

Built around the client and the matter.

Beth’s team framework places the client at the center and Beth as the case-managing partner. From there, the team is organized to support the matter with the right level of legal, administrative, and case-management assistance.
